The Startup Village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP) is a Government of India initiative aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and creating sustainable livelihoods in rural areas. It is implemented by the Ministry of Rural Development under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM). The program focuses on supporting rural entrepreneurs through various means:

Training and Capacity Building: Providing entrepreneurs with the necessary skills and knowledge to start and manage their businesses.

Financial Assistance: Facilitating access to credit and financial resources to help entrepreneurs launch and grow their enterprises.

Mentorship and Support: Offering continuous guidance and support through mentors and local resource persons to ensure the sustainability of the businesses.

Market Linkages: Helping entrepreneurs connect with markets to sell their products and services, thus enhancing their income and profitability.
The ultimate goal of SVEP is to create a robust ecosystem for rural entrepreneurship, leading to economic growth and improved livelihoods in rural communities.

Micro Enterprises Development
Micro Enterprises Development (MED) is a component of the Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) under the umbrella of the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM). Here is a brief overview of MED and SVEP:

OSF
One Stop Facility
The One Stop Facility (OSF) is indeed part of the Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM). The OSF aims to provide comprehensive support services to rural entrepreneurs to help them set up and sustain their businesses.

SUCCESS STORIES
M/S Tombi Garment collection is a newly well established enterprise with the help of svep fund and is now a successful enterprise.it has been able to make a substantial contribution to the family income presently.The owner ,Tombi of basikhong, had been a simple housewife and her husband only had been the breadwinner of the family.Now ,the locality has been able to enjoy the benefits of aesthetics products at cheaper price.
M/S Manikumar jewelry works of thambalkhong has become prosperous with the help of svep fund .The workshop has now become popular,it had been a one man workshop .And now it has employed other workers from the locality .
The proprietor of M/S WAKYEI ENTERPRISE, LANGDUM Kangabam Bigyan Singh son of Smt. Kangabam Ibetombi Devi of Langdum, Keirao. The enterprise is registered under MSE. His mother Smt. Ibetombi Devi is a member of SHG formed under the guidance of Manipur State Rural Livelihood Mission (MSRLM).
Lairellakpam Manisana Devi, a member of SGH Lingjel Manabi since 17th march 2017, Thiyam Konjil, Awang Leikai. She is living with her husband and two kids in a hut. She was very hard to earn their living. So, She began to looking for some way to help them to earn their living. In this connection, She voluntarily began to work as a member of SHG under Keirao Block of SVEP under NRLM organised by the NRO/PIA WWAGS.
The works of soldering and welding at their residence by her husband has got some idea from the training conducted by the Wangjing Women and Girls Society (WWAGS) that they can get some helps from banks and other financial institution through SVEP. So, She considered the matter with her husband. Then, they contacted BRC office located at Keirao Bitra, after meeting with CRP-EP Smt. Thongram Bidya Devi where she have expline all the details about the CEF loan & Bank linkage tried to buy some tools and machines for his work to set up an enterprises or work place.
